Terms & Conditions for Holistic Ballet Classes, Workshops, Courses, and Private Lessons

(Holistic Ballet reserves the right to modify these terms when necessary)

By making a payment for a Holistic Ballet event you are agreeing to these terms and conditions:

Bookings

Your place in an event is confirmed once payment has been received and an acknowledgement email has been sent.

Early bird rates apply if payment is received by the date stated on the Holistic Ballet website.

Payment and Transfer fees

For all transfers, all participating banks and institutions are charging transfer fees. These transfer fees have to be completely covered by the participant. If a fee is incomplete due to the deduction of transfer fees, the participant must pay the difference.

Any refunds, granted and transferred by Holistic Ballet, are refunded minus the return transaction fees.

Online Classes

No refunds are provided once you booked.
You can reschedule your class up to 10 minutes before your class.
If you miss the class altogether, you will have the opportunity to watch the recording for six days post-class.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are non-refundable.
You can reschedule online classes up to 10 minutes before the class.

If you have problems signing in or cannot find the class link, you must check your account under 'My bookings' or contact Holistic Ballet via WhatsApp or text message at (+44) (0) 7951 909 549. Any other means of communication may not be checked on the day of the class.

You take part in the classes at your own risk. Holistic Ballet does not take responsibility for any injuries that may occur.

3+ hours Workshops, Retreats, Courses, and Intensives

Cancellations must be made via email.

If cancelled more than 60 days before the event, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
If cancelled 30-60 days before the event, a 50% fee applies.
For cancellations less than 30 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
If cancelled after access to a pre-study video has been provided, a £20 fee applies.

Classes, Courses and Workshops less than 3 hours

Cancellations must be made via email.

If cancelled more than 30 days before the event, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
If cancelled 15-30 days before the event, a 50% fee applies.
For cancellations less than 15 days before the event, no refund will be provided.
If cancelled after access to a pre-study video has been provided, a £20 fee applies.

Private Lessons

If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your lesson, no refund will be provided.
If you arrive late, your lesson will be shortened.
If you cancel more than 48 hours before your lesson, you will receive a full refund minus the PayPal or credit card transaction fees or a coupon for the full fee.

Waiting List

If you are offered a place that has become available, please respond within 24 hours or sooner.
If you are no longer available, please notify Holistic Ballet.

Cancellation by Holistic Ballet

In the unlikely event that the Holistic Ballet has to cancel, you will be notified as quickly as possible and you will be reimbursed.
Classes may be cancelled at short notice if there are not enough participants. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Any additional costs incurred will be your responsibility.

Injuries

You are taking classes and workshops at your own risk.
The organiser will not be held responsible for any injury that may occur.

Media

Photos and videos may be taken at any time during classes, workshops, courses, intensives, retreats, etc. that can be published online and on the Holistic Ballet social media platforms.

You may take pictures and short videos for your purposes. If you publish any media, please credit and hashtag Holistic Ballet.

Workshop T&Cs
