Collaborating with b12 Summer Festival in Berlin, I will teach a dynamic stretching workshop where we'll explore fluidity, strength, and mind-body connection.
This class draws inspiration from my training in the Gyrotonic® system, Pilates, yoga, functional anatomy, and psychology.
The flowing sequences focus on enhancing flexibility, releasing tension, mobilising joints, and expanding the spine’s full range of motion, while also building grounding, strength, and stability.
It’s a unique opportunity to unlock your body’s potential, using dynamic stretches to elevate your dance practice and overall well-being.
